Good Morning, Sunshine!

I'm so glad you're here! You will be amazed at what you can accomplish in two short weeks of connection with your mind, body and spirit. Lets get started. Below you will find your daily asana yoga practice. I have recorded three separate 10 minute practices labeled: mild, medium, and spicy. Feel free to choose the one that best suits your mood for the day. I suggest starting with Mild and making your way up to Spicy at least in the beginning. Below that you will find three recorded 5 minute meditations. Again, choose whichever feels right for the day. You are welcome to spend 5 minutes praying or any other contemplation that feels good for you. Also, if you'd prefer you can use the Insight Timer App to find many free meditations if you'd like some variety. Have the best day!
