Service Description

Awaken and align your body in this completely personalized yoga class for up to 5 people. Take this opportunity to grow in your practice and your connection as a group from having the personal attention, cues, and alignment for your body. These classes can be anything you need from restorative to a vigorous vinyasa. These are great bonding opportunities and excellent for spouse, unit, or squadron events. This is an outdoor class. If studio space is required there could be an additional charge.
